Processing

We have a large processing team whose skills have been developed whilst working within a strictly audited and monitored environment. Our extensive processing experience has seen our team refine their processes to ensure speed and accuracy. This also means that our people understand quickly the business context of the data being entered and, where required, are able to follow up directly with clients in a professional manner.

Our processing team also perform related operation services, contacting clients and interacting with them over the internet, via the phone, face to face and of course handling paper forms.

We also back up our processing skills with a monitoring and reporting infrastructure that enables us to customise performance reporting to each client’s requirements, and, audit processes that provide assurances regarding the quality of our services.

Our processing people operate both at our Wellington site and are able to work off site within the Wellington area. We have full time staff which we are able to assign on a day to day basis to assist with peak times and overflow for our clients.
